We have an exciting opportunity starting September 2026 for an Apprentice within our Electronics Group Team. Working from our state‑of‑the‑art campus in Milton Keynes, you will be immersed into the heart of our manufacturing facility which includes some of the industry’s most impressive technology, supporting the manufacturing of critical powertrains components.
As part of our open minded, dynamic & inclusive environment, working alongside our championship winning team, not only will you gain specialist skills but also a Level 3 qualification all whilst making a valuable contribution to our success.
Your role:
- Be committed to learning the skills and knowledge required to operate within the different disciplines of our Electronics Department.
- Learn to develop and maintain our on‑car wiring systems and garage based Electrical equipment.
- Produce high quality Electrical and Electronic components, looms and assemblies using our specialised connectors, wiring and components.
- Be part of the team behind Testing and Inspection of all our sensors, looms and electronics assemblies.
To be considered you will need:
- 5 GCSE's grade 9 - 4 (A*- C) including Maths, English and Science
- A passion for winning, with a good working ethic and willingness to learn
- Team spirit, creativity, sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office competency
- Able to travel daily to our Milton Keynes Campus
