We are seeking a CNC Turning Machinist to help drive the future of motorsport innovation. You will be based at our state-of-the-art engineering and manufacturing facility in Milton Keynes, designed to produce high-performance Power Units for the 2026 engine regulations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture critical powertrain components to the highest quality, adhering to engineering drawings and models using CNC machine tools efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Cell and Shift Leaders and maintain communication with Manufacturing departments to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Operate machine tools safely and productively, following company health and safety policies.
  • Inspect all work using available equipment to ensure the highest quality before submission to inspection.
  • Support the Head of Cell & Shift Leaders to drive and develop the departmental continuous improvement element.
  • Work to all ERP procedures, including strict adherence in ensuring works orders are raised, signed off and are kept with the job in hand at all times to maintain data integrity.
  • Uphold high standards of housekeeping and be flexible in workload demands demonstrating adaptability to our ever-evolving requirements.

What we need:

We are looking for individuals with expertise in operating and setting a variety of DMG MORI multi-axis CNC Lathe and Mill-Turn machines using Fanuc NC code with Renishaw probing systems. The ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings using Siemens NX, producing unique machined metallic components to exacting standards is essential. We seek highly self-motivated individuals who can thrive in a high-pressure environment and who are confident communicators with an uncompromising attention to detail.
