Due to an expansion of the team, we have an exciting opportunity for a

Travel Coordinator to join our Marketing Team Travel Operations Team.

This is a fast-paced and highly rewarding role at the heart of a world-class racing organisation, where you'll play a vital part in keeping our teams moving across the globe.

Working closely with the Marketing Travel Office, you’ll manage international travel, accommodation, visas and passport administration for Marketing personnel within a 4-person team.

Your attention to detail and organisational expertise will ensure seamless travel logistics, enabling our teams to focus on performance both on and off the track.

Your impact

  • Coordinating travel arrangements for Marketing personnel, with a particular focus on visa and passport administration.
  • Managing and maintaining personal data records, ensuring full compliance with GDPR requirements.
  • Ensuring all travel bookings and arrangements comply with company policies and approval processes.
  • Supporting the Marketing Travel Office with a range of administrative and operational tasks.
  • Monitoring international travel requirements and proactively managing documentation to ensure smooth global travel.
  • Providing exceptional support to travelling personnel, helping resolve travel-related issues efficiently and professionally.

To be considered for this Travel Coordinator role, you will need

  • Previous experience in a Travel Coordinator, Travel Operations, or similar role; experience within Formula 1 or professional motorsport is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of international travel documentation, visa requirements and global travel regulations.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and travel management, tracking, or database systems.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A flexible, proactive, and service-focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to provide support outside of standard working hours when required.
  • Able to travel internationally to race locations ahead of the team, for around 6 events per year.
