We are on the lookout for a Senior Red Bull Relations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and takes pride in delivering high levels of service to our fantastic brand design team.
Purpose: The Senior Red Bull Relations Manager will lead the relationships with Red Bull Markets and Red Bull subsidiaries ensuring marketing support and alignment at all times. They must ensure the core values and brand identity of Red Bull are kept top of mind in Red Bull Technology Group activities and marketing collateral. The role will take lead on strengthening the relationship between all Red Bull subsidiaries and the broader organisation developing new activations, exploring business opportunities and making sure the RBT asset(s) are fully utilised by Red Bull markets.
Accountabilities:
- RED BULL GmbH
- Leading communication between both the teams and Red Bull HQ focused on strong alignment with the Int. Motorsports Team.
- Responsible for Business planning with RB GmbH and making sure F1 is top of mind within all Red Bull markets.
- Responsible for educating all Red Bull subsidiaries about our team and the opportunities at hand, creating and identifying best cases.
- Leading our Barter deal program, selling this opportunity into World of Red Bull.
- Set up and control of internal marketing guidelines regarding the use of Red Bull Technology assets.
- Responsible for embedding Red Bull Culture, knowledge and information across all departments in Milton Keynes.
- Leads the development of integrated regional marketing programs, incorporating innovative approaches to reach target audiences.
- Liaise with and advise Red Bull markets on activation plans, tools and highlighting opportunities for F1 related activations.
- Manages relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders in local markets and identifies and cultivates relationships with key influencers and industry leaders.
- Responsible for implementing our Running Show Car program within all markets.
- Develops and oversees the implementation of complex, high-impact regional marketing strategies, aligned with overall Red Bull Technology objectives, including all Red Bull events.
- Identifies and develops new opportunities for regional growth and brand building through motorsport initiatives, cultural partnerships, and Gen Z engagement.
- Communication and control of Red Bull Technology brand guidelines to the Red Bull subsidiaries.
- Coordination of all Red Bull HQ and Red Bull subsidiary’s hospitality requests.
- Coordinates internal and external resources.
- Generates revenue through creative Barter deal & Event programmes.
- Driving best practice within the team to support & guide others.
- Manager Running Show Car Project with markets and making sure we have an effective 360 activation.
- Manage Energy Station/ Saturday night event and local market activations.
- Lead all regional F1 Events, manage relationships and cultivate new opportunities.
- Responsible for pushing Partnership Events/ Show Runs and explore 3rd party options.
- Manage the Events budget in accordance with Business plan.
- Accountable for budgets, ROI.
- Coordinates internal and external resources.
