We’re looking for a Senior Expenses, Treasury & Receivables Assistant who will support and manage essential financial processes like expenses, treasury, and receivables, while leading a team through guidance, workload management, and performance coaching.
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management: Line manage and support the Expenses, Treasury & Receivables Assistant, providing training, feedback, and workload oversight while acting as a point of escalation.
- Expenses Management: Oversee review and processing of employee expense claims, ensure policy compliance, and maintain the expense reporting system.
- Treasury Operations: Monitor cash balances, support forecasting, manage banking systems/documentation, and oversee reconciliations.
- Accounts Receivable: Supervise invoicing, collections, debtor monitoring, and month-end AR close/reporting.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Contribute to monthly reporting, ensure adherence to internal controls/regulations, and support internal/external audits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in expenses, treasury, and receivables, with some experience supervising or mentoring staff.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (SAP/Oracle), with knowledge of expense management tools, cash management, and AR processes.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, problem-solving, and effective time management.
- Clear, professional, and confident communicator across different audiences.
