We are seeking a talented and experienced QA Inspection Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Red Bull Advanced Technologies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in guiding our QA team and ensuring that all components meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a collaborative, high-performing team within the department and wider business
  • Maintain high standards of quality and health & safety across all activities
  • Ensure team members have the tools, equipment and environment needed to work effectively
  • Identify and develop team capability, ensuring the right skills are in place across shifts
  • Work closely with Production Control to deliver priorities and ensure smooth progression of parts
  • Support efficient department performance and on-time delivery to internal customers
  • Provide clear updates on performance, issues and risks within the department
  • Ensure components meet required specifications (dimensional, material, revision and processes)
  • Liaise with engineering to resolve issues, raising and progressing non-conformances as needed
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting within business systems (e.g. inspection reports, NCRs)
  • Drive continuous improvement and support efficiency initiatives
  • Promote clear communication and alignment within the team and with key stakeholders
  • Maintain a clean, organised and compliant working environment
