Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of electronic components for assigned projects.
  • Expedite orders, proactively identifying risks and resolving supply issues.
  • Analyse supplier performance and track key KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Production, Engineering, Quality and Logistics.
  • Identify capacity constraints and proactively source new suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate ERP/system data (e.g. Epicor or similar).
  • Support budget tracking (Capex/Opex) and cost monitoring.

  • Proven experience in procurement of complex, low-volume electronic or technical components.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with experience monitoring supplier performance.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
