Play a key role in delivering high-performance electrical and electronic systems for our F1 car, including looms, sensors, and assemblies. You’ll take ownership of testing, inspection, and quality documentation while ensuring all equipment, tooling, and specialist rigs are maintained and ready for rapid deployment. Working to demanding production timelines, you’ll also have the opportunity to support trackside and heritage activities, contributing directly to the team’s performance on and off the circuit.

Responsibilities

  • Test and inspect sensors, harnesses, and assemblies in line with established procedures and documentation.
  • Identify and report faults, ensuring issues are clearly communicated and resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain and verify all test and inspection equipment, ensuring calibration and readiness, escalating issues when needed.
  • Support factory and trackside activities, including car builds, event setup, and communication systems.
  • Manufacture in-house electrical components and manage associated materials, tools, and logistics.
  • Ensure accurate system transactions, uphold quality and safety standards, and maintain a clean, compliant working environment.
