This role is a 16 Month FTC, Nights shift (Mon - Thurs - 16:15 - 02:45)
Our Manufacturing Team is the powerhouse behind precision, driving the production of high-performance components that meet the exacting standards of Formula 1
In this role, you will perform detailed trimming, bonding and assembling of components to the highest standards, working meticulously in accordance with our standard operating procedures, following engineering drawings, ensuring precision and excellence in every task.
Your hard work and contribution will directly impact the success and performance of our team including customer projects.
What we need from you
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a Composite Fitter/Assembly Technician position within a disciplined manufacturing environment.
- Background in the Motorsport, Automotive, and/or Aerospace industries.
- Proficiency in using air tools for basic trimming.
- Self-motivator with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work to very tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capability to handle challenging situations and delivery pressures.
