Our Human Resources team embodies this way of thinking and in this Early Careers Talent Development Advisor you’ll act as the first point of contact for Red Bull Technology Group colleagues on all Early Career programmes, delivering an outstanding experience

Responsibilities
- Support Talent Development Business Partner in designing and delivering best in class early career programmes through Red Bull Technology Group Talent Academy
- Provide line managers with ongoing support and guidance to effectively manage early careers participants
- Lead and own RBTG work experience programme, enhancing the offering by working with key stakeholders across the business
- Support early career talent throughout the programme including check-ins, focus groups and learning & development opportunities
- Provide accurate programme updates to stakeholders, promoting Talent Academy both internally and externally
Qualifications
- Experience in one or more of: Human Resources, education, or learning and development
- Understanding of early talent development principles
- Ability to engage and support early career professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
