Red Bull Racing & Red Bull Technology have an exciting new opportunity within the Production Control Group for a

Composite Workflow Coordinator .

In this role, the successful candidate will utilise their experience in the assembly or coordination of complex composite assemblies to manage workflow processes and project delivery timelines across the Composite Department.

Responsibilities will include raising orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring all parts have an accurate build structure, correct bill of material properties, and full visibility.

The role also requires providing clear, unambiguous, and achievable routing for each required part and assembly.

Working closely with the Laminating Production Controller and the Composite Assembly Production Controller, the successful candidate will ensure departmental workloads are effectively planned for the following day or shift, while maintaining an understanding of and managing future capacity constraints.

This will be in line with agreed quantities, production control requirements, and wider business priorities.

Reporting to the Production Control Team Manager, the successful applicant will be fluent in Epicor (or a similar business system), comfortable working to challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of the turnaround demands of the business.

Whilst prior experience in a similar role is not essential, the ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within an established, close-knit team.

Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
