At Red Bull Racing Technology, every component has a deadline, every assembly has a purpose, and every programme depends on accurate planning and decisive action.

We are looking for an experienced Assembly Group Programme Coordinator to take ownership of the planning, coordination and availability of parts across complex car build, test, dyno and race programmes.

This is not a purely desk-based coordination position. You will work closely with Engineering, Production Control, Supply Chain, Assembly and Trackside teams, spending time in the factory to understand progress, investigate shortages and drive critical parts through to delivery.

What you’ll be doing

You will translate programme requirements into clear, achievable parts and assembly plans, maintaining visibility of what is required, when it is required and what could put delivery at risk.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the planning and coordination of parts across complex Bills of Materials, supporting car build, test, dyno and race requirements.
  • Tracking programme milestones, part availability and delivery risks, escalating issues and driving recovery actions when plans move off-track.
  • Working directly with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production Control, Assembly and Trackside teams to prioritise critical components and maintain build readiness.
  • Managing build specifications, engineering changes, operational stock requirements and event shipment planning.
  • Maintaining accurate planning and parts information within Epicor and wider ERP systems.

You will not simply report that a component is late. You will establish the impact, bring the right people together and help drive the solution. That may mean reviewing planning information at your desk, attending programme and production meetings, working with stakeholders across the business or going into the factory to physically establish the status of a critical part.

What we’re looking for

This position requires someone with proven experience in production planning, programme coordination or programme delivery within a complex engineering, manufacturing or high-performance environment.

You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, dependencies and changing deadlines, while maintaining a clear view of the overall programme and the detail behind it.

You will also bring:

  • Strong experience of planning and coordinating complex parts, assemblies or engineering deliverables.
  • The ability to monitor progress against a plan, identify delivery risks and lead effective recovery actions.
  • A practical understanding of complex Bills of Materials, build specifications and engineering change.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to challenge, chase and escalate when required.
  • Experience using Epicor or a comparable ERP or manufacturing planning system.
  • Previous exposure to gearboxes, hydraulics, suspension or similarly complex assemblies would be highly valuable.

Why join us?

Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll have access to our bonus scheme, private healthcare, life assurance, workplace nursery scheme, company-contributed pension, on-site gym and fitness classes, free daily food allowance and cycle-to-work scheme.

Most importantly, you will see the direct impact of your planning and coordination on championship-level engineering programmes and Grand Prix cars.

If you can turn complex programme requirements into clear, controlled and deliverable plans, we want to hear from you.
