Purpose: The ERP Technical Support Analyst role is to provide day-to-day application and technical support for end users across the campus. The analyst will provide support, investigate and resolve system issues, perform system configuration changes and contribute to documentation, testing, upgrades and integrations.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and resolve support tickets in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Diagnose and resolve Epicor application errors, performance issues, data inconsistencies, and integration failures.
  • Document processes and resolutions to known issues.
  • Assist developers with testing enhancements and reported faults.
  • Perform system configuration changes.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the ERP solutions support operational and business goals.

Additional Accountabilities:

  • Maintain the security stance of the company and its IT systems, including the implementation and enforcement of controls as required.
  • Support the company to meet FIA regulation and compliance.
  • Work to meet the objectives agreed within the performance review.
  • Other tasks arising that may be reasonably required.

Essential Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Epicor ERP, and understanding of engineering architecture.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and an interest in motor racing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to learn, contribute, and commit within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
