Our Procurement Apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to start your career at the heart of our world‑class Formula One team. You’ll be part of the team that keeps our Power Unit operation moving, working with suppliers, supporting key purchasing activities and helping ensure the right parts arrive at the right time.
As an Apprentice, you’ll experience different areas within the Procurement function to build a strong understanding of how we source, purchase and manage the thousands of components that go into a Formula One power unit. In this level 3 Apprenticeship, each module is designed to help you grow your confidence, develop practical skills and understand how procurement supports every stage of the build process.
Throughout the programme, you’ll be supported by a team of experienced buyers, planners and coordinators who will help you develop your communication, organisation and problem solving skills, all while contributing to real projects that make a difference on and off the track. This Apprenticeship will equip you with a multidisciplinary foundation as you carve out a career within Red Bull Powertrains and contribute to Red Bull’s relentless pursuit of innovation and competitive advantage in Formula One.
To be considered for this Apprenticeship:
- 5 GCSE's grade 9 – 4 (A*- C) including Maths, English and Science
- A demonstrable passion through personal projects, competitions, or practical experience
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to continually learn and develop new skills
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment
- Curiosity, creativity and the courage to challenge your personal performance boundaries
