We are looking for an experienced Weekend Model Maker to be responsible for:

  • Assembly of the models
  • Preparing parts and assemblies in line with our Aerodynamic program
  • Enhancing the development of our F1 race car
  • Liaising with other Modelmakers, Model design, Mechanical design, Aerodynamicist, plus the Additive Manufacturing team to provide parts for wind tunnel testing

The role will involve working both at our wind tunnel facility located in Bedford and in our UK HQ in Milton Keynes, alongside members of the model shop team and under the instruction of the duty Aerodynamicist. It will also encompass working on shift patterns, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to meet the demanding and dynamic needs of our F1 program.
