Red Bull Student Marketeer - University of Nottingham

Our RedBull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.

They understand RedBull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the RedBull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love working in a creative atmosphere.

Responsibilities

All responsibilities entrusted to you include:

• Representing the brand through everyday interactions with consumers, embodying the brand personality traits and company values.
• Growing the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of RedBull through product sampling at suitable locations and times, and answering consumer questions competently.
• Creating and executing a tailored campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life at university.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.
• Driving brand engagement on social media with authentic content.
• Working at RedBull and supported events to ensure a memorable brand experience.
• Collaborating with local sales account managers to ensure RedBull is available and visible in outlets.
• Opening new distribution points within your university campus and beyond in collaboration with sales.
• Leveraging RedBull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts.
• Ensuring the execution of store standards and delivering excellence in all tasks.
• Sharing ideas, collaborating with the team, and planning & reporting activities via the online platform.
• Providing local insights and trends to develop the RedBull media business.

• Studying at a university within the specified city.

• Willingness to travel 80-90%.
