Our RedBull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.
They understand RedBull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the RedBull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love to work in a creative environment.
Responsibilities
All responsibilities include:
- Representing the brand positively through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
- Growing the user base by inviting product trials and awareness through sampling at appropriate locations.
- Developing and executing innovative campus plans to engage students and promote the brand.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.
- Driving engagement on social media with authentic content.
- Supporting RedBull events to deliver memorable brand experiences.
- Collaborating with sales teams to ensure RedBull is available and visible in outlets.
- Opening new distribution points within the university and beyond.
- Ensuring store standards are met and maintained.
- Planning and reporting activities via the online platform.
- Providing local insights to develop the media business.
Qualifications include studying at a university within the specified city and being willing to travel 70-80% of the time.
