Our RedBull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.
They understand RedBull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the RedBull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love to work in a creative atmosphere.
Responsibilities
All the responsibilities we\’ll trust you with:
- Represent the brand positively through everyday interactions with consumers or customers, embodying the brand personality traits and company values.
- Grow the user base by inviting positive trials and awareness through product sampling at appropriate times and locations, answering consumer questions competently.
- Develop and implement a tailored campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life at university.
- Build and maintain relationships with key local individuals.
- Drive brand engagement on social media with authentic content.
- Participate in RedBull and supported events to create memorable brand experiences.
- Collaborate with local sales account managers to ensure RedBull\’s availability and visibility in outlets.
- Assist in opening new distribution points within the university and beyond.
- Leverage RedBull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts.
- Ensure the execution of store standards and deliver excellence in all tasks.
- Share ideas, collaborate with the team, and report activities regularly via the online platform.
- Provide insights and identify opportunities to develop RedBull\’s media business.
Minimum Requirements
- Studying at a university within the specified city.
- Hold a full UK manual driving license.
- Willingness to travel 80-90%.
