Red Bull Student Marketeer - Anglia Ruskin University

Our RedBull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world.

They understand RedBull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the RedBull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trial, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and thrive in a creative working atmosphere.

Responsibilities

All responsibilities include:

• Representing the brand positively through everyday interactions with consumers or customers, embodying brand personality traits and company values.
• Growing the user base by inviting product trials and increasing awareness through sampling at appropriate locations and times, and answering consumer questions competently.
• Developing and implementing a campus plan that engages students and brings the brand to life at university.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.
• Driving brand engagement on social media with authentic content.
• Working at RedBull and supported events to create memorable brand experiences.
• Collaborating with local sales account managers to ensure RedBull\’s availability and visibility in outlets.
• Assisting in opening new distribution points within the university and beyond.
• Leveraging RedBull assets to maintain top-of-mind awareness in sales accounts.
• Executing store standards flawlessly.
• Planning and reporting activities accurately via the online platform.
• Providing insights, trends, and opportunities to develop the RedBull media business.

Minimum Requirements

• Studying at a university within the specified city.
• Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.
• Deep understanding of the university, city, and region, including behind-the-scenes activities and hotspots.
• Ability to balance part-time work and studies, with availability for evenings and weekends.
• Passion for the RedBull brand and product.
• Manual UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to travel 80-90% of the time.
