RedBull UK is currently recruiting for an IT Professional to be based in London, UK. The IT Professional (Subsidiary) is responsible for delivering high-quality, end-to-end IT support for the UK business. Working closely with the IT Manager and Area IT, this role manages and contributes to local and global IT projects (including equipment lifecycle, Event and conference IT Support, HQ pilot projects and local tenders such as mobile phones), while ensuring alignment with global IT guidelines, standards and IT service management processes.
The role ensures a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience for UK employees, maintaining an accurate asset inventory and managing the UK asset warehouse from sourcing and purchasing through to device deployment and recovery. The IT Professional supports daily end-user requests, drives continuous improvement of business processes and continuously works to improve end-user and business satisfaction. This role works closely with the Area IT on project coordination and delivery.
In addition, the IT Professional provides specialist AV support, including input into AV-related tenders and solutions for meetings and events, ensuring reliable and effective use of AV technologies. The role also supports the upskilling of UK employees by promoting and delivering IT and AV-related training, leveraging existing online learning paths, page-flows and classroom sessions to increase digital capability across the organisation.
