RedBull UK is recruiting for an IT Business Demand Professional to be based in London, UK.
This role captures business demands and contributes to and/or manages business driven projects in close alignment with the local business, the IT Manager and the Area IT. The person maintains an up-to-date and secure landscape of local services and acts as stand-in for the IT manager and the IT team. The IT Business Demand Professional leverages RedBull’s overall IT guidelines and standards and IT service management processes. Finally, the person is responsible for focusing on business processes improvements and continuously working towards an improved end-user and business satisfaction with IT services and demands.
