Insights Apprentice – Insights & Chartered Management Degree Apprentice (CMDA)

RedBull UK is currently recruiting for an Insights Apprentice to be based in London, UK.

As an Insights Apprentice and Chartered Management Degree Apprentice (CMDA), you will balance academic learning with practical application. You’ll spend part of each week studying for the CMDA programme and part of the week applying your skills to real shopper and category data, helping shape portfolio, campaigns and category strategy.

Upon successful completion, you will obtain a BA (Hons) Business Management and accreditation from the Chartered Manager Institute (CMI).

Responsibilities

• Commit to ongoing self‑development and training, including completing the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (L6). This may require attending off‑site training.
• Communicate, present and interact effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Work independently and as part of a team, managing time and priorities.
• Demonstrate commitment to RedBull values: \”Be Yourself\”, \”Go Beyond\”, \”Get Involved & Open & Honest\”.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3 or more A‑Levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above.
• Must not already hold a degree.
• Fully funded qualification.
• Available to start on 19th January 2026 and remain available from that date.
