RedBull UK is currently recruiting for a Field Marketing Specialist to be based in East Midlands, UK.
You will be responsible for growing sales and consumption of RedBull through field marketing in your region. You’ll spend your days working in locations and communities across your region, growing brand visibility, product availability, brand experiences, and product consumption in key moments when people need energy. You will increase product consideration through initiatives that grow trial, availability, and visibility using RedBull’s four key pillars of the field marketing mix (Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture, and Communications). You will work closely with the sales teams in both the On Premise and Off Premise as well as finding new business opportunities, impacting the heart of local consumers, ultimately leading to the successful development of the business. This isn’t your average 9-5 office job as you will be out in the field ensuring RedBull is relevant and present in the right places on any day of the week and at a time when people need energy.

- Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager on the creation of the field strategy, defining ideas to build brand image and increase understanding of product functionality on a local level.
- Drive relevance across a variety of moments of need through tailored messaging, amplification of occasion campaigns, and activating the right big moments in the region.
- Collaborate with the local sales team to build mental and physical availability within outlets, On Premise, Off Premise, and new business environments, ensuring product availability in all marketing activities.
- Set clear goals with the Consumer Collecting Manager and Field Marketing Manager to drive trial and expand the consumer base, especially among students.
- Use programme tools and reporting features to track performance, identify opportunities for targeting improvements, and gather strategic insights.
Activate best practices with students, incorporate indirect sampling initiatives, and lead your team of Student Marketeers to success. Deliver brand activations at regional events, build relationships with key opinion leaders, and secure new distribution points. Execute the Event Vehicle programme, support event organization, and implement activation plans to bring national assets closer to consumers. Maximize consumer touchpoints through local stories and experiences, and support the development of new ideas that are locally relevant.
Act as a role model, display RedBull values, and ensure the right programme setup to reach target groups. Source and hire diverse Student Marketeers, onboard them effectively, and lead with an empowerment approach. Manage the regional budget, support product stock management, and oversee the maintenance of programme tools and branded items. Regularly review environmental impacts of marketing activities to minimize ecological footprint.
Experience
- Understanding of core scenes in the region (center of England) with strong networking skills.
- Existing relationships in local scenes such as Universities, Culture, Sports, etc.
- Experience in sports, culture, events, or marketing agencies with in-depth knowledge of these landscapes.
- Leadership experience and team management skills.
- Experience in sales and collaboration with commercial teams.
