Join us at Red Bee Media as we are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Communications Lead. This role will be responsible for both internal and external communications and will be required to take ownership of our media presence and employee communications. The Communications Lead will develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that enhances our brand’s visibility, strengthens our internal culture, and positions our business as a leader in B2B media innovation. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who can navigate both client‑facing and internal dynamics with equal impact.
What you will do
- Own and execute the external communications strategy, including PR, media relations, thought leadership, and executive visibility.
- Craft compelling narratives that showcase our expertise, client success stories, partnerships, and innovations.
- Manage agency relationships and coordinate external press outreach.
- Develop and maintain a library of media materials (boilerplates, bios, fact sheets, press kits).
