Red Bee Creative is seeking a senior executive to join the agency on a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave for our Deputy Managing Director. This is a pivotal role, requiring a seasoned professional with deep experience in the TV, media and entertainment sectors, and a proven ability to lead client relationships, drive strategic thinking, and unlock new business opportunities. You will be responsible for overseeing key accounts, leading strategic initiatives, and supporting the agency’s leadership team in delivering outstanding creative and commercial outcomes. You’ll bring a strong network, a sharp strategic mind, and a passion for entertainment brands and content.

Red Bee Creative is a strategically-led creative and design agency with a specialist focus on TV, entertainment and sport. We’re a tight-knit team of around 20 people, including creatives, designers, producers, strategists and account leads, each of whom takes pride and joy in every step of the creative process. Our work spans strategic brand consultancy, integrated brand campaigns, social and digital activation, and brand design and identity. We work with some of the biggest media brands in the business, including NBCUniversal, Warner Bros. Discovery, Disney, Apple TV+, the BBC and others. We are proud to be a “Best Places to Work in TV” (Broadcast) for the last 3 years running, and winner of “Best Employer for Communication & Workplace Culture.” We operate a hybrid working model with two anchor days (Wednesdays & Thursdays) in our White City office.
Key Responsibilities
- Client leadership & relationship growth
- Lead and nurture senior client relationships across TV, entertainment and sport accounts (specific clients tbc).
- Anticipate client needs, identify growth opportunities and contribute proactively to account development.
- Represent the agency with confidence in senior forums, reviews and cross-partner discussions.
- Lead the development and implementation of promotional campaigns and custom content projects for broadcasters and streamers.
- Lead the development and implementation of visual identity projects in the TV, entertainment and sport sectors.
- Lead strategic brand consultancy projects in close collaboration with internal and external strategists.
- Maintain a strong commercial focus, ensuring financial health and reporting of key clients and projects.
- Own the financial and operational management of designated accounts: budgeting, forecasting, scopes, statements of work and revenue reporting.
- Convert new business opportunities through industry networking, proactive outreach, and pitch leadership.
- Represent Red Bee externally at industry events, conferences and client meetings.
- Be a senior role model for the account management team, setting high standards for client servicing, strategic thinking and business development.
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong background in the TV, media, entertainment or streaming sectors, with proven senior experience in:
- Account management at creative/advertising agencies, and/or
- Marketing/hybrid producer-marketer roles at broadcasters or streaming platforms.
