Service Manager – Learning Disabilities in Oxford

Are you an experienced leader in adult social care with a passion for supporting people with learning disabilities and autism? We’re working with a well-established care provider to recruit a Service Manager to oversee a registered service based in Oxfordshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong teams, delivering exceptional person-centred support, and driving continuous improvement in care quality.

Role

• Lead a team of dedicated support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and organisational policies
• Promote independence, choice, and dignity for all individuals supported
• Manage budgets, staffing, and service development
• Build strong relationships with families, health professionals, and other stakeholders

About You

• Has previous experience managing services for adults with learning disabilities/autism
• Holds a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable)
• Is a confident, compassionate leader with a values-driven approach
• Can manage resources effectively and ensure quality across services
• Is innovative, resilient, and able to adapt to a dynamic care environment
