We're looking for an Assistant Manager for the Red Barn, our historic and beautiful destination food and drink Country pub near Lingfield in Surrey. We're looking for someone who can lead the team, drive standards and get involved in the nuts and bolts of the business.
You'll have experience at a managerial level within pubs or restaurants, and be ready to put your stamp on the Red Barn and our team. In return, we will work with you to develop your skills and help you reach your goals - if you're aiming for General Manager then we can support you in that journey!
Tips and Service Charge can be significant as we have a reputation for great food and service, and also host a few events and weddings throughout the year. There is the possibility of a live-in position for the right candidate.
