Has run PI or Quarterly Planning for complex organisations or organisations that are introducing it for the first time (Agile at scale). The role is to create templates, ensure people are completing their actions and producing work in the correct formats, meeting deadlines etc. Ideally has done this in Banking/Finance.

We have a wide diversity of clients with some very innovative and challenging projects; we need a tenacious Senior Delivery Lead who can coach clients, resolve complex problems and enable highly skilled, cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for project planning and alignment, data based forecasting, reporting, and identifying and resolving project risks, impediments or blockers.
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery quality, managing the flow of work within one or two delivery teams, the impact of dependencies, and progress towards key milestones with your client counterparts.
- Enable continuous improvement and high quality outcomes through the application of Lean/Agile methodologies.
- Support programme delivery leadership on complex digital transformation projects within our larger accounts.
- Facilitate sessions between a variety of stakeholders (Badger and clients) including standups, retrospectives, etc.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech Leads as appropriate to support backlog development and implementation of the technical strategy.
- Be the first point of escalation to resolve conflict with team members and immediate client teams and stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor others on team dynamics, Lean/Agile ways of working, project delivery reporting and forecasting, and data driven prioritisation.
Client influencer:
- Communicate with confidence to a broad range of stakeholders and client teams, aligning them to the delivery strategy and ensuring shared understanding of reporting and desired outcomes.
- Influence client counterparts to adopt Lean/Agile practices and improve ways of working through diplomacy and pragmatism.
- Become a trusted advisor to our clients by collaborating with them to deliver business and user value.
- Contribute to Red Badger’s account strategy and support the drafting of new contracts.
Your experience:
- Delivered a range of digital products live to customers using Lean/Agile methodologies, including with Kanban.
- Led and supported multidisciplinary teams that have included designers, testers, developers and product managers.
- A proven track record of delivering multiple releases in complex environments across the complete digital product lifecycle.
- Experience picking up an existing project and maintaining process and delivery quality.
- Experience adapting delivery frameworks for new projects without being dogmatic.
- Managed and worked within budgets and time-pressured environments.
- Used delivery data to forecast key deliverables and communicate a project’s status clearly with senior clients and stakeholders.
- Proactively spotted risks to delivery and helped teams mitigate them.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to suit your audience’s needs.
- Exceptional facilitation, diplomacy and negotiation skills, enabling you to have difficult conversations with the client and team with ease.
- A love for end to end delivery and your team, and the desire to continuously learn more about technology, products and delivery.
