Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Will Writing Adviser. The Adviser will be responsible for providing legal advice on Will writing and Lasting Power of Attorney services, and handling client consultations via telephone, and video. Day-to-day tasks include general administration, drafting and reviewing wills, communicating with clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The adviser will work closely with our legal team to deliver tailored client services efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Must be SWW registered
  • Excellent Communication and Client Liaison skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Relevant legal qualifications or experience in will writing and estate planning is a plus
