HR Manager- 360 Operational Role - Professional Services Fantastic new position for consultancy organisation with around 200 employees in the London office with a fantastic family feel culture.

This is very much an operational, advisory and supportive role ensuring employees receive clear and practical support.

Looking for someone who is thoughtful, gives consistent advice, makes good judgement decisions and supportive in areas such as wellbeing, benefits, employee relations and core HR processes.

Able to look for improvements in the way services are delivered, reviewing benefits and wellbeing, improving systems and processes or communications, contributing to project work.

Two direct reports whilst remaining hands on.

Duties and

Responsibilities: Oversee core HR operations which include the employee lifecycle, recruitment contracts, onboarding, right to work, starters, leavers, absence, family leave and all employee records.

Provide advice on employee relations, performance concerns, disciplinary and grievance ensuring a fair and robust process.

Maintain and communicate HR guidelines, policies and procedures, seeking external advice on complex matters if needed.

Manage two direct reports and their development.

Accountable for payroll.

Support with annual performance reviews, salaries and bonuses.
