This is a brand-new role that will suit someone who has around 12-18 months administrative experience within a corporate environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will work alongside your manager helping to oversee the daily running of the EA Team.
- Liaising with the Lead EAs and helping to organise cover, book in contractors etc.
- Helping with general queries from the EA team.
- Project manage recruitment processes from start to finish – booking in interviews and sending out invites, etc.
- Process training and development programmes, keeping all systems up to date.
- Administrative duties for mid and year end reviews.
- Working closely with the HR department.
The ideal candidate:
- Confident in keeping on top of the workload - able to juggle and prioritise.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Approachable and a real team player.
- Interest in HR or operations rather than being an EA.
- Muck in attitude and willing to take on additional duties and responsibilities.
- Good level of IT skills and able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
- Able to use your initiative and bring new ideas to the role.
