  • Project Manager
  • Investment Bank in the City is looking for a Project Manager to come on board and provide support to the CSO.
  • You will play a significant role in planning and delivering initiatives across the workforce and wider business operations.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ambitious and eager to learn.

Key duties

  • Provide support to the CSO with coordinating and tracking project and initiatives.
  • Maintain and track multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones and actions are clearly documented and monitored.
  • Preparing reports, presentations and briefing materials for senior stakeholders and leaders.
  • Liaising with teams and internal stakeholders across the business for information and updates in a timely manner.
  • Maintain project documentation registers and logs in line with company standards and being able to drive projects through in the absence of the CSO.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal systems and processes.
  • Support of new tools and platforms which streamline and enhance productivity.

The ideal candidate

  • At least two years previous experience in a similar role for a company with high-growth operations.
  • Excellent organisation skills and able to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines at any one time.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal and the ability to produce high quality documentation and materials – high attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT skills in particular powerpoint and excel.
  • Interest and awareness of AI platforms and tools such as Claude and Chat GPT.
  • Experience of using project and tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday. com, Trello or MS Project.
  • Data manipulation and visualisation tools.
  • Able to take initiative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Proactive, real problem solver and solutions orientated.
  • Real team player and able to build up trust quickly at levels within the business.
  • Thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial unstructured environment.
  • Persuasive and being able to drive projects through.
  • Ambitious, with a desire to learn and develop a career in this field.
