Global organisation based in the West End, looking for a new Project Coordinator to come on board and join the Assessment, Developing and Coaching Division.
Based β West End Hybrid β 3 days in the office / 2 wfh.
Training β excellent training and onboarding. Collaborative culture and very social. Global reach position.
Duties and responsibilities:
- To ensure the smooth running of each project assignment from start to finish.
- Juggling and working on multiple client projects at any one time.
- Responsible for logistics for each client project.
- Creation and formatting of high quality presentations, pitches, reports and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and building strong lasting relationships.
- Able to handle and process highly confidential information.
- High level of MS Office β Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Keeping the CRM system updated with all relevant information.
- Adhering to all legal and compliance procedures and best practices.
- Organising global travel and accommodation.
- Complex diary management and multiple global time-zones.
- Opening and closing all projects from start to finish.
- General support to the team as and when required and supporting each other.
- Participating in communities and sharing knowledge and best practices.
Key skills: excellent communication skills, strong on project management, happy to drive their own workload, high initiative and able to forward plan and drive things through including keeping on top of everything to ensure deadlines are met. Assertive, organised, resilient, experienced, reliable, focused, proactive.
