Marketing Manager with Retention Focus
City Based Hybrid Set up
Responsible for marketing initiatives aimed at nurturing and strengthening existing client relationships which include HNWI, investors and long-standing trading relationships. Drive client engagement, loyalty and lifetime value while delivering a first-class experience for clients. You will work closely with the Marketing Associate and contribute to product marketing activity focusing on retention.
Key responsibilities:- Lead product marketing activities for existing clients, ensuring activities support retention and strengthen engagement.
- Transfer product updates and investment insights into effective client facing meetings.
- Plan and execute events for HNW clients, existing investors, and trading relationships.
- Partner with internal stakeholders regarding high quality content, logistics and post event follow-ups.
- Own and nurture journeys tailored to client preferences and lifecycle stages.
- Improve retention, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Manage the communications calendar.
- Maintain brand and regulatory requirements.
- Lead marketing responsibilities related to Sirex – consistent communication and engagement.
- At least five years’ experience in marketing with a focus on retention, CRM, client lifecycle management.
- Experience of Hubspot or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a client focused mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management and event management skills.
- Ability to interpret data and insights for retention strategies.
