PA - Private Family Wealth Office

Our client, currently has a new opening for a PA to join this busy private family wealth office where there are many different aspects and interests ongoing.

This is a role that you can make your own and take on additional duties and responsibilities through time.

  • Main responsibilities
  • All normal PA duties - diary, travel, booking accommodation, handling busy email inbox.
  • Setting up and arranging meetings, setting up conference calls.
  • Helping organise events and dinners.
  • Private PA support – arranging family holidays.
  • Liaising with household staff.
  • Project manage house projects.
  • Looking after a private hobby collection.
  • Providing support to one of the other Directors as and when required such as booking travel and checking emails.
  • Helping with the smooth running of the office.
  • The ideal candidate
  • Super organised with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic and takes pride in their work.
  • Happy to work in a private family office.
  • Real team player with flexibility and a muck in attitude.
  • Proactive and able to use initiative.
  • At least 4 – 5 years previous relevant experience.
