Our client currently has a new opening for an Executive Assistant / Project Manager to come on board and play a key role in the organisation. This is a real lynchpin role and will require someone who is proactive, intelligent, has a high level of EQ and is crucial to the success of the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead projects through from start to finish.
- Management of timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Stakeholder management both internally and externally.
- Main point of contact for clients.
- Set up and arrange meetings.
- Handle ever-changing diaries.
- Awareness of the status of each project.
- Work very closely with Director and Team preparing client reports.
- Prepare expenses and process them.
- Client invoice preparation.
- General admin and housekeeping.
- Keep database updated with client information.
- Preparation of proposals and documents – proof-reading and formatting.
- Work closely with BD and Marketing Dept. regarding marketing and events.
- Create mailing lists and keep them updated.
