Busy challenging role, high level of responsibility and managing projects from start to finish. Based in Victoria. Hybrid – 3 days in the office / 2 wfh. Excellent benefits including discretionary annual bonus.
You will be supporting on a 1:1 basis with high levels of responsibility, as well as dealing with highly confidential information. Fast paced and challenging where no two days are the same. Duties
- Heavy diary management and scheduling across multiple time-zones.
- Booking travel and accommodation.
- Preparation of documentation and reports – working to multiple deadlines.
- Updating the database with relevant information.
- First point of contact for all incoming communications.

- Previous relevant experience within a professional services environment.
- Highly organised and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent team player with a positive outlook.
- Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
- Proactive, flexible and able to keep calm whilst under pressure.
