Fantastic opportunity for an Assistant EA to come on board and join this busy and hugely successful organisation. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop in the role and take on additional projects and tasks, which include helping the new Marketing Director, as well as providing a high level of support.

Duties:
- Providing excellent level of support to the EA’s and Partners.
- Holiday cover for the EA’s – a real step up.
- Liaising with high level clients, c-suite and board level.
- Booking complex global travel and accommodation.
- Preparing and drafting reports, schedules, presentations.
- Working with various internal teams within the organisation.
- Co-ordination and overseeing of ongoing projects.
- Helping to organise with events and marketing activities.
The ideal candidate:
- At least two years professional services experience.
- Able to communicate at senior level.
- Diplomatic with excellent organisation skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and to multi-task.
- High level IT skills and be able to pick up systems and processes quickly.
- Proactive and able to use your initiative and be ahead of the game.
- Super organised with a keen eye for detail.
- Able to produce high quality documentation.
- Gain an interest in the business and enthusiasm for your role.
- Degree educated would be preferred.
