Looking for someone who is hands-on, able to muck in and help out where required, use your initiative and bring added value to the team. Duties:
- Coordinating meetings both internally and externally, scheduling meeting rooms, management of rooms and meeting and greeting guests.
- Assisting with day to date running of the office – ensuring stationery and supplies are up to date, liaising with building management and helping to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Working collaboratively with teams across the organisation providing support and coordination.
- Drafting and proof-reading documentation, presentations and reports.
- Working closely with other EAs within the business and provide cover during holidays and absence, as well as work overflow.
- Assisting to organise high-end events such as Theatre, Twickenham and Wimbledon.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous relevant experience within a client driven environment – professional services.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Excellent level of IT skills and able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
- High attention to detail with excellent proof reading and formatting skills.
- Real team player with a good sense of humour.
- Able to work well under pressure, manage and juggle multiple tasks, and prioritise accordingly.
- Highly professional, proactive, super organised and able to use your initiative and good judgement skills.
- Real enthusiasm and passion for the role which could lead to further career development within the organisation.
