Main responsibilities

• Woking within a close knit team to drive projects through from start to finish.
• Identify potential clients and opportunities within consumer and FMCG, retail, hospitality and travel industries.
• Ensuring all client areas are fully targeted and qualified.
• Marketing opportunities in conjunction with projects.
• Building and maintaining relationships and managing on an ongoing basis.
• Database management, updating regularly with relevant information.
• Preparing accurate client reports, presentations, assignment briefs and profiles.
• Assisting with business development activity and providing detailed company information.
• Building network of first class contacts in order to enhance reputation.
• Keeping abreast of market movements and industry knowledge.

The ideal candidate

• Degree educated.
• At least 3-6 months administrative experience.
• Good working knowledge of MS office, able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
• Self-starter, energetic and highly motivated and super organised.
• Real team player and happy to help out wherever required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
• Analytically minded, curious and a real problem solver.
• Able to use your initiative with a tenacious approach.
• Gain a real interest in the business.
