Amazing opportunity to join this hugely successful asset management organisation due to growth in their London office. They are looking for an additional Executive Team EA to jump on board and contribute to their continued success within this fast paced office.
Your main duties:
- Day to day support to the Portfolio Managers. Diary, travel, expenses and any other tasks as requested by the team.
- Reporting and calendar updates for the investment team.
- Tracking conference meetings, analyst days, events, etc.
- Tracking earning dates and schedule post calls.
- Tracking key contacts - Brokers, spec sales, sales, Investor Relations lists.
- Schedule corporate access, analyst meetings and calls. Execute meeting arrangements.
- Working with Broker Team confirming conference meetings and schedules.
- Review individuals diaries and keeping ahead of the game, addressing any conflicts etc.
- Process expense reports.
- Business travel logistics and visas.
- Liaising with compliance to ensure adherence with company policies.
- Document management, transcriptions and presentations.
- Able to resolve and action logistical needs.
- Any ad-hoc duties as requested.
The ideal candidate:
- Super organised, high attention to detail and resourceful.
- Thrives working in a fast paced organisation, able to keep calm and take everything in your stride.
- Able to deal with last minute changes and priorities and juggle your workload.
- Excellent IT skills and able to pick up things quickly.
- Knowledge of Concur would be ideal but not essential.
- Real team player and happy to muck in where required.
- Previous experience of supporting a team within a financial organisation works for this position.
