Executive Assistant
Our client, based in the West End is currently looking for an ambitious Executive Assistant to come on board and give support to this successful established organisation. You will have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with board level Executives and be able to provide an outstanding level of service in order to achieve the highest results. You will be happy to work in a small team and be fully involved in the business.
Duties:
- Provide full EA support to the Founding Partner and happy to pitch in wherever required.
- Extensive diary management to include meetings, lunches, v.c calls and travel.
- Planning of events.
- Updating the company database with client information.
- Preparation of documents, proposals, and reports.
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Share of general office management duties.
- Working closely with the Finance Director.
- Able to handle highly confidential information.
- Business savvy and have a real interest in the business.
- Cover for other EAβs during holidays and sickness.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous EA experience within a client driven fast-paced environment.
- First point of contact and able to communicate at senior level.
- Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
- Enjoy seeing projects through from start to finish.
- Happy to work in a small close-knit team.
