Exciting, brand new opportunity as EA to support the CEO of this growing group of various entities. This role offers the opportunity to be the centre of this dynamic organisation dealing with UHNWI’s. Set-up – hybrid with flexibility and quarterly team meet‑ups and attending board meetings. Full-time with some flexibility as and when required.

The role will suit someone who is:

  • Super organised and responsive, able to prioritise work‑load and be self‑motivated.
  • Able to deal with senior stakeholders comfortably and handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Exceptional communication and written skills, note‑taking and minutes.
  • Flexible working attitude.
  • Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
  • At least five years’ experience in a fast‑paced professional environment – private family office, supporting entrepreneurs, etc.
  • Experience of coordinating board meetings, agendas, minutes, follow‑ups etc.
  • Gaining a real understanding and interest in the various businesses.
  • Assertive, one step ahead and a real problem solver as well as being hands on.

Duties:

  • Central point of communication between company CEO’s and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Prepare briefing notes etc.
  • Track and follow up on actions and report back in a timely manner.
  • Full diary management, scheduling, prioritising and making best use of time.
  • Arranging meetings, restaurants, drivers, for networking appointments.
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Organise and support board meetings for various entities.
  • Attend boarding meetings, take notes, prepare agendas and manage action points.
  • Document preparation for board meetings and senior leadership meetings.
  • Liaising with HNWI's and dealing with highly confidential information.
  • Support with some personal duties.
