Executive Assistant

Looking for a professional, confident and ambitious EA to look after the Partner within a boutique and growing organisation where outstanding service is delivered, achieving the best results. You will also work alongside a small team of EA’s working collaboratively across the board.

Main duties:
\\n\\n

- Full EA support to the Partner along with some ad-hoc support to the wider team.
- Managing high volume and complex work. E
- Extensive diary management, coordinating meetings, lunches, travel, vc’s, etc.
- Preparation of documents – pitches, proposals, reports, updates, correspondence, letters – proof reading and formatting.
- Preparation of invoices.
- Planning of events.
- Updating the company CRM system and running reports.
- Share of general office management and working alongside the COO.
- General HR duties – holiday requests, sickness, inductions for new starters, etc.
- Providing cover for other EA’s.
