The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

A brand new role within a leading global consultancy providing support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the EA Team process and initiatives working alongside the EA Business Partner.

Based – Victoria Hybrid working set up. Twelve-month contract to begin with and then reviewed. Immediate start. Able to grow and develop the role and responsibilities.

Key duties:

  • Act as main point for the EA function operational activities, prioritising queries, routing decisions or sensitive matters to the EABP where necessary.
  • Schedule key meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions and follow to completion.
  • Draft communications and updates for EABP to review and sign off.
  • Recruitment and onboarding delivery – coordinating logistics for EA hiring when required, scheduling interviews, and tracking communications.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new joiners, scheduling training and early check-ins.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding information and checklists to ensure excellent new joiner experience.
  • Training and Development – coordinate EA training schedules, logistics, tracking etc.
  • Operational mentoring or coaching initiatives.
  • Coordinate administration of EA appraisals and review cycles.
  • Collate inputs and updates to support EABP.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to appraisals.
  • Continuous improvements – identifying improvement opportunities through delivery and feedback. Make recommendations to HRBP and once agreed implement new changes.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage workload and juggle priorities.
  • Able to deal with highly confidential information.
  • Excellent communication skills – clear and confident, both written and verbal.
  • Able to communicate at all levels across the board.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Real team player, able to keep calm, resilient and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Three plus years’ experience within operations, projects, HR operations or business support role.
  • Previous experience of working in a professional services organisation.
  • Bright, enthusiastic and positive.
