An experienced Sales Engineer / Sales Manager with experience of pumps is required for a busy distributor.
You will be responsible for technical sales and customer development. This will include new product sales of pumps and aftermarket service to clients within the food and beverage sector.
The role will involve managing the full sales lifecycle from making initial contact and arranging meetings, through to pump selection and formulating proposals to clients along with quotations.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in technical sales. A technical engineering background is required with a strong appreciation of pumps (or similar process equipment) and their application. Good knowledge of the Food & Beverage market is required.
The successful candidate will be based in Northern England, from The Midlands up. However, you will be visiting clients around the UK. You will be based from a home office.
