Field Service Engineer - South Salary £38k + overtime South Coast
A Mechanical Field Service Engineer is required to cover South UK for a company that design, manufacture and service material handling and bulk materials handling equipment.
With a keen focus on customer satisfaction you will perform service inspections or manage a team of engineers to perform a major refit or new machine installation.
You will be supported by a highly skilled aftermarket, engineering and operations departments.
With site visits to clients throughout the south of the UK, you will ensure excellent customer service whilst being mindful of promoting new business opportunities where possible.
Candidates will have proven background in mechanical engineering with strong experience as a Service Engineer.
Your experience will ideally have been within mechanical handling, or bulk materials handling systems.
You will have broad engineering experience ideally including conveyors, gears, motors, chains, pumps etc.
You must be comfortable working within a Field Service role with regular travel to clients within the South. A company van will be provided
