An experienced Financial Controller or Finance Director is required for a busy engineering company.
Responsibilities:
- The Financial Controller will be responsible for making sure the company meets financial and legal obligations.
- You will create and maintain best practice reporting, procedures, and policies, and support the business with risk and compliance.
- You will act as the connection between the finance team, senior management team and the CEO, helping to drive strategy and hit targets using financial insight.
- Overseeing the financial team (4 people) as a whole.
- Travel will be required to the other sites, which are based across the country.
Qualifications:
- Fully Qualified (CIMA / ACCA / AAT).
- You will have experience gained within an engineering / manufacturing environment, ideally this will be within heavy engineering.
- You will possess strong collaboration and leadership skills with excellent customer management experience.
- You will have previous experience in change management and any experience in the implementation of ERP / MRP systems would be beneficial.
