Red 5 People is recruiting for a large charity launching a long-term funded employment programme. You’ll train as an IPS Employment Specialist, managing a caseload of around 25 people and providing one-to-one support while also approaching local employers to identify job opportunities.
This is a community-based role working across NHS services, Job Centres and council offices. It is permanent, full-time with no home working.
