You will support these individuals with training, education, and employment needs while signposting to housing and resettlement services, ensuring they receive well-rounded support throughout their rehabilitation. Additionally, you will provide dedicated one-on-one guidance setting goals and milestones to help each person progress toward a better future. Who We re Looking For: We are looking for a passionate individual with experience in the criminal justice field or in supporting vulnerable people. To thrive in this role, you should have some of the following: Experience working with individuals within the criminal justice system (e.g. in prisons or other custodial settings). OR experience supporting vulnerable clients facing issues such as mental health challenges, substance misuse, or homelessness. Criminology graduates with relevant volunteer experience are also encouraged to apply.
